Shipping and delivery
We ship throughout Canada. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and most standard Canadian shipments deliver in roughly 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited options are available at checkout for urgent needs. If you choose local pickup, you can collect your order at 10726 85 Ave, 301, Edmonton, AB, T6E 2K8, Canada during our showroom hours.
Returns and refunds
Unused items in like-new condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping unless the item is confirmed defective. Refunds are issued after we inspect returned items and are processed within seven business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Certain items—such as water filters, pumps, solenoids, electrical parts, special-order items, and parts that have been used, installed or become dirty—are final sale and cannot be returned.
Product support and parts
We stock many replacement components (gaskets, showers screens, group parts, baskets, hoppers and more) for home and light commercial equipment. If you need help identifying the right part or confirming compatibility, contact our team with your machine model and photos when possible. We aim to be helpful and practical when matching parts to machines.

- Do you ship to the U.S.? Please check the shipping options at checkout — cross-border shipping may be offered but timelines and fees differ from domestic shipments.
- How soon will my refund arrive? Once we accept a return, refunds are completed within seven business days.
- Can I return a used item? We handle used-item returns case by case. Contact us within 30 days and we’ll work toward a solution. Some returns may be subject to cleaning or partial value adjustments if items are missing parts or returned in poor condition.
