Overview and timeframe
We accept returns of unused, like-new items within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, contact our team with your order details. Returns that meet our conditions will be refunded after inspection. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Certain products are final sale and cannot be returned: water filters, electrical items, pumps, solenoids, special-order parts, and any parts that have been used, installed or become dirty. Clearance items may be non-returnable; these are considered case-by-case.
